- Drive & Enthusiasm: Jack Anderson built his first truck-stop from the ground up using his unmatched energy in his pursuit of success. Anderson Capital Partners puts a hiring focus on individuals with a drive to succeed in whatever role they take on.

Chairman & Founder
Jack Anderson
Jack & his wife Ann have provided the foundation from which Anderson Capital Partners has developed over the past five decades. After graduating from Western Michigan University where he played fullback for the Broncos football team, Jack pursued a career with Murphy Oil Corporation as a sales & operations manager. This role took him throughout the Midwest & Southern portions of the United States during the 1970’s. During that time, he & Ann started their family of five (Katie, Jeff, & Aimee) while he also served in the United States Marine Corps.
In late spring of 1976, Jack set out to develop his own line of travel centers. By the mid 1990’s Jack’s travel center operations had gained a reputation in the industry and he successfully transacted a sale to the Pilot Corporation which completed in the early 2000’s.
Exiting the petroleum distribution and travel center industries allowed Jack to focus on additional business ventures. Throughout the 1980’s, 1990’s, and 2000’s Jack has served as the lead partner on many hotel developments including properties in the Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brands which Anderson Capital Partners still hold today.
Although Jack turned over the day-to-day operational control to his son Jeff in the early 2000’s, he is still heavily involved in current development projects. This “semi-retired” status allows Jack time to enjoy his hobbies of yachting & bike riding while also spending time with his growing family which includes five grandchildren. Jack & Ann currently reside in Naples, FL but spend summers back in their home state of Michigan where Jack can oversee his third chapter of entrepreneurship at his RV dealership in Petoskey, MI.
President & CEO
Jeff Anderson
Jeff is the current President & CEO of Anderson Capital Partners and its various partner entities. He is tasked with the management, development, and growth of the active holdings of the organization. As leader of the family office, Jeff is also the caretaker of various other investment vehicles.
Jeff graduated in 1994 with a degree in business administration from Kent State University where he played college basketball. After graduation Jeff moved to Indianapolis where he worked in the financial sector while earning his MBA from Butler University in 2001.
In late 2001, Jeff became active in the family business and has enjoyed investment and development growth in various franchise and real estate endeavors.
Jeff continues to carry on the developmental spirit instilled by Jack while seeking new opportunities in both operations and real estate. He has recently moved the corporate management office to Evansville, IN where he lives with his wife Nancy, who has served as a Registered Nurse at Ascension Health (formerly St. Mary’s) for 25 years, and their two children. Jeff still enjoys athletic competition, traveling with family and friends, aviation training, and dedicating his time to various philanthropic boards including the Catholic Education Foundation for the Diocese of Evansville and as a former Trustee for Memorial High School.
CFO
Drew Meyer
Drew joined Anderson Capital Partners in the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2017 upon the retirement of longtime CFO & business partner to the Andersons, Ray Francis. Drew draws from his public accounting experience with Kemper CPA Group where he served clients as an advisor in both tax and managerial accounting. In addition to financial reporting compliance, he is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with both financial institutions as well as current and potential investment partners.
Drew earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Business Legal Studies from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and completed his Master of Business Administration at the University of Southern Indiana. He is a Certified Public Accountant holding licenses in both Indiana & Kentucky. Drew is a supporter of local youth sports and has served as Treasurer of the Memorial High School Athletic Booster Club for many years. Drew & his wife Jennifer reside in Evansville, IN. They enjoy traveling and watching IU basketball during visits back to Bloomington.
Mike France
COO, Automobile Division
Mike joined Anderson Capital Partners in 1993 as an operations manager within the petroleum distribution division. As the company exited this sector in the late 1990’s, Mike assisted in the opening of the company’s first Byrider Auto Sales franchise in Henderson, KY. He is now a minority partner and Chief Operating Officer of the auto/auto finance division.
Mike graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1991 with a degree in Economics. He currently resides in Henderson, KY where “everyone is above-average”. Mike is an active member at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church where he has served in various volunteer positions including vestryman and treasurer. He is an avid supporter of the arts in the local area including the Henderson Area Arts Alliance and the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra.
Tammy Francis
Corporate Controller
Tammy has been a part of Anderson Capital Partners for over 30 years with most of that time spent as the Corporate Controller. She joined the team in 1986 with a focus on computer & accounting system implementation and almost immediately saw her role grow as her eagerness and ability to learn were cultivated. Tammy has been instrumental in organizational development as well via her work on contracts and legal documents needed as various entities have been purchased and sold. Currently, Tammy and her staff are responsible for the internal financial reporting of all the Anderson Capital Partner entities, and they play a vital role in the managerial decision-making at all of the operational locations.
Tammy studied computer science at Madisonville Community College and Murray State University. She resides in Henderson, KY with her husband Ray. They enjoy spending time together with family at their lake house in western Kentucky and are active members of the Olive Branch Baptist Church where Tammy serves as a youth minister teaching Sunday School and AWANA.
Janet Hortin
Regional Brand Manager, Hospitality Division
Janet serves as the Director of Hospitality Operations and oversees the performance of the hotels currently owned & operated by Anderson Capital Partners. Her experience stems from her role as an onsite sales director and property manager at various hotel locations before joining Anderson Capital Partners in 1992. Janet also plays a significant role in the development and construction of new properties with her ability to manage key tasks and personnel. She holds positions on various IHG ownership committees serving as a representative for Anderson Capital Partners in the industry.
Janet earned the designation of Certified Hotel Administrator in 1989. She is very involved in her community where she volunteers her time on various boards. Janet is an avid runner and hopes to complete an official race in all 50 states someday. She and her husband Kent reside in Henderson, KY.
Katie Anderson Pisa
Member
Katie holds membership interest in Anderson Capital Partners. While she is not actively involved in the daily operations of the Company, she brings significant experience and international insights to the overall vision for Anderson Capital Partners. Katie has served in various journalism roles throughout her professional career including time spent with CNN International, The Hollywood Reporter, and People Magazine. She has worked as both a freelance writer as well as a reporter and editor in New York, San Francisco, Paris, and most recently London.
Katie studied French and Mass Communications while at Miami University in Oxford, OH. She later earned a Masters in International Journalism from City University in London, England. Katie is a published author and continues to provide freelance work as her schedule allows. She currently resides in London, England with her husband Adrian and their three children.
Aimee Anderson
Member & Hospitality Sales Director
Aimee serves as a Director of Sales with a focus in the hospitality division and holds membership interest in Anderson Capital Partners. Aimee has over a decade of sales experience in the Hilton and IHG franchise systems and has planned many major corporate lodging events. Aimee currently works out of the Holiday Inn Express in Hurst, TX.
Aimee studied Communications at the University of Florida where she graduated in 2006. She has a passion for travel and enjoys event planning even outside of the hotel workspace. She currently resides in Fort Worth, TX.
