Anderson Capital Partners, LLC has evolved through multiple generations, entities, industries, and business strategies over the 45 year period since Jack Anderson took on his first venture in 1976. In that time, the Anderson family has grown from operating a single truck-stop location to overseeing more than a dozen operating entities and numerous real estate developments through diligent business practices and strategic partnerships. Through its operating entities, Anderson Capital Partners currently manages over 150 employees spread across seven states.

The company gained its foothold in the fuel and convenience store industry through the 70’s, 80’s and early 90’s under the moniker Interstate Petroleum Enterprises. Moving into the hospitality industry in the 1990’s, Anderson Capital Partners has owned and operated many hotels over the past 30 years including well-known brands under the IHG, Hilton, and Marriott flags. Anderson Capital Partners currently owns hotel properties in three states.

Moving into the 2000’s and beyond, Jack’s son Jeff took over the Principal role of the family office and brought with him a renewed sense of entrepreneurship for the family’s future investments. Anderson Capital Partners has moved into a variety of franchises and start-up businesses over the last twenty years including a strong presence in the used automobile sales and multi-family housing industries.

Moving forward into the 2020’s and beyond, Anderson Capital Partners looks to continue its sustainable growth within its current industries while also evaluating new opportunities in sectors not yet explored.
